Well, this that the output packet was damaged (a nasty hole) and internal also had broken bottom I assume as a normal transportation risk. See picture 1 what came (left) and what was expected (right). But later - on picture 2 you see the buzzer and its place on the boards - the hole distance is 5-10% larger than necessary. Then, IC2 and IC3 have to be SMD type on the board, sent PDIP type - see picture 3 Also, Rp1 is wrong type - picture 4 Picture 5 is from the product page and shows what is expected to be.
